We have a strong team now at BW Bookkeeping, the business started as a ‘one man band’ in 2014 but now ten years later there are four of us here to support small businesses. Based predominantly in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, we provide remote business support with visits to clients when needed. We have refined the way we work so that clients are the focus of everything we do.
We have Jen the founding member, then Sarah started in 2020 along with Liam. Nicole joined, completing the team in 2022. Jen has qualifications in bookkeeping and management accounting and has been training team members for around 20 years.
Between us we have children , pets and houses to take care of. Our business support work can be a peaceful diversion from the chaos of family life!
Without giving too many details away, we can admit to liking ziplines, paddle boarding, football and visits to Cornwall!
We work mainly from our own homes (in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire), and we work quite different hours to accommodate the needs of our clients alongside family life. Working from home gives us all flexibility and it means we do not pass the cost of a rented office on to our clients.
One advantage to having a team is that when one team member is on holiday, there is cover for the clients who need our help every week.
