We have a strong team now at BW Bookkeeping, the business started as a ‘one man band’ in 2014 but now ten years later there are four of us lovely ladies. We have refined the way we work so that clients are the focus of everything we do.
We have Jen the founding member, then Sarah started in 2020. Jan joined in 2021 with Nicole completing the team in 2022. Jen has qualifications in bookkeeping and management accounting and has been training team members for around 20 years.
Between us we have children and grandchildren, pets and houses to take care of in between our work. Work can be a peaceful diversion from the chaos of family life!
We work mainly from our own homes (in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire), and we work quite different hours to accommodate the needs of our clients alongside family life. Working from home gives us all flexibility and it means we do not pass the cost of a rented office on to our clients.
Jen doesn’t miss being a one-man-band and feels lucky to have a team around her
