Some clients like us to provide help with back office work, allowing them to get help with admin without having to employ someone full time.

Business owners who excel at physical work don’t always enjoy sitting at a desk so they find it helpful to be able to send a quick message to us that we can turn into an email or a quotation.

There are different kinds of business admin which crop up and it is always nice to know we are here to help.

Some clients need assistance with ;

• filling in credit account application forms for suppliers,
• tracking holiday taken for their employees.

When you need this sort of behind the scenes help BW can step up without you having to employ a full time administrator. We work from our own office so you do not have to pay out for office space, we will just busy ourselves behind the scenes.

Help With Your Marketing

BW can also provide help with social media such as setting up Facebook pages/groups, help with checking posts, setting up Instagram/Google business listing. Smaller businesses who have not used a marketing professional or had an online presence before find it helpful to let us get the basics up and running for them.

Detailed Review of the books

If you have an administrator putting the information into the software for you, and you are unsure how things are going, this diagnostic report can be helpful.  As a business owner it is difficult to judge if your accountant or bookkeeper is doing the right thing, as you may not understand what you need to look out for.  For a set fee we can provide a detailed diagnostic review, which you can then use to have a conversation with your existing provider or with a potential provider.  You are not obliged to sign up for monthly bookkeeping from us to use this service.
